I love this smoothie for breakfast. With only 4 ingredients it’s easy and cheap to make. It’s super thick and keeps me full for ages!

So rich in protein and healthy fats to help me combat my morning – no matter what I have planned!

Into my vitamix I put:

  • 1 scoop vanilla brown rice protein powder (I use sunwarrior)
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 275ml almond milk
  • A handful of raw almonds

Blitzzz away and then sprinkle with cacao nibs for an extra crunch on the top. You can even eat it with a spoon!
