Peanut butter is one of the tastiest and most versatile thing I have in my cupboard. You can enjoy it on toast or biscuits like we all did as a kid, have it with dates, bananas, by itself or you can add it to sweet things as well!
My favourite flavour of protein shake is one with peanut butter. So simple and creamy and with hardly any ingredients!
Into my vitamix I added:
250mL almond milk
1 tbsp Aboutlife organic crunchy peanut butter
1 scoop of vanilla @sunwarrioraus brown rice protein
6 ice cubes (makes it nice and creamy)
& my secret weapon:
1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan salt!
Adding the salt makes it taste SOOO scrumptious..and really brings out the flavour of the peanuts

Tip!! You can add cacao or cacao nibs, or use chocolate flavored protein powder to make this a chocolate and peanut butter smoothie!! Mmmmmm 🙂
