This is a yummy way to have your morning oats. They really don’t take long to cook at all! We don’t need to be having that microwaved instant porridge because this takes about 5 minutes to make and its soo much better for you! No added refined sugars, low GI whole rolled oats, yummy cinnamon to balance your blood sugars, fresh banana, biodynamic plain yogurt full of good bacteria for your gut and an egg to boost the protein, vitamin and mineral content of the meal!

Method:

Cook 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 cup rolled oats in around 1/2 cup oat milk or milk of choice on the stove for 3 mins

Crack 1 egg in and using a whisk gently whisk for 2 mins so that the egg gets evenly cooked through. Lots of small bubbles will appear. (Don’t whisk too hard and make scrambled eggs )

The mixture will soon start to be almost jelly like. Pour into a bowl and add 1 sliced banana, 1 big tbsp biodynamic yogurt and drizzle with a little bit of honey. Sprinkle cinnamon and chia seeds and enjoy!!
