Onion Immune Syrup

This is a very simple immune boosting remedy you can make at home for when you’re unwell with a sore throat and head cold.

You will need:

2 large brown onions

Glass jar

2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

Roughly dice the onions and place into jar

Sprinkle the sugar on top of the onion

Seal and leave it for 24 hours

Strain out the onion and save for next time you cook

Save the syrup and take 1 tsp, 3 x day 

+ add crushed garlic boost the antimicrobial potential of the syrup
