A tasty treat for breakfast, or in the afternoon if you’re feeling hungry.
Melt 2 tsp of ghee in a sauce pan and add 1/2 clove of garlic minced and let it sizzle for a bit
Wash and slice up 6 button mushrooms and add them to the ghee and garlic
Juice half a lemon and pour it over the mushrooms
Stir and let them sauté for 5-10 minutes when they start to go honey brown
I tipped mine straight on to a fresh piece of toast and sprinkled with parsley from my garden aside some fresh rocket I also grew at home
