Gigi is a qualified Nutritionist and Naturopath, and a PhD researcher in neuropharmacology. Her work focuses on nervous system–led, brain-focused care for hormonal, mood, and stress-related concerns, integrating evidence-based natural medicine with contemporary neuroscience. She is deeply passionate about science communication, and believes that patients deserve to understand why their symptoms are happening, not just what to do about them.
Her interest in health was shaped by personal experiences with low energy, mental health challenges, acne, body image concerns, and hormonal imbalance — experiences that now inform her empathetic, patient-centred approach to care.

Gigi is currently undertaking a PhD in Neuropharmacology, supported by the John A. Lamberton Research Scholarship, and works in pharmacology and drug discovery research. In December 2025, she presented her research at the ASCEPT Conference in Adelaide, reflecting her ongoing engagement with clinical and translational science.
Clinical Approach
Gigi’s clinical approach is nervous system-led and brain-focused, recognising that hormones, mood, energy, cognition, and stress resilience are regulated upstream by neurological and stress pathways. She integrates evidence-based herbal medicine, nutrition, and traditional medicine principles with contemporary neuroscience to support patients experiencing hormonal dysregulation, mood changes, brain fog, burnout, and stress-related symptoms.
